Just as the COVID19 lockdown started, I asked Karen if she would take me on as a client. What a wonderful synchronicity - my work slowed down soon after and I got time to really plunge deep into my psyche and body and energetic realms with Karen´s knowledgeable guidance.
For the first time in my life probably, here was someone who instantly and fully understood when I tried to explain some of my less explicable life experiences and could then go beyond and kind of project things onto a map coherently for me.

Bam! There were sudden leaps in my own understanding and integration process because suddenly things started to make sense and fall into place.
I discovered profound pieces of my purpose on earth at this very time; that I must and can (!) trust my intuition, even more than before; that my evolution and development counts so I can join the global work without unnecessary hangups.

Karen found ways to challenge my inner saboteurs - kindly and encouragingly, but also cutting right through to the essence within seconds - which helped me to even begin seeing them more clearly now where they were previously so good at hiding...

It´s still very much an ongoing journey but my sense of Self, of my own power and standing in the world is declaring itself. Instead of "playing small", I am starting to be able to act from a place greater than "me" and with an affirmative, trusting energy I was previously too scared to show. My voice counts - no more and no less. And there are so many layers or levels to see and process on simultaneously, unravelling with lightning speed sometimes! Wow! What a journey!

I have known Karen for almost 12 years now. I first me Karen when I was just entering the field of substance misuse as a professional. Karen was the complementary & spiritual guidance therapist for the detox and rehab I was working in, I would take them up to Karen’s room for group meditations and other therapies.
I must recall for you a client whom I took to see Karen and when this client left the session Karen told me that he would never drink or use again, now this was a chronic heroin, crack and alcohol user daily for almost 30 years, he is still clean and sober 12 years later as I remained in touch with him. However you view this, I see this as a healing miracle and this was not the only one I saw Karen perform, however this was the most profound.

Karen is respected by me to such an extent that when I took 6 months to work in Thailand, running a new rehab, I immediately asked if Karen would join us there, initially work with us over SKYPE to assist our clients. Here we were now watching Karen have her impact across the globe and the results in client healing were astonishing for us to see. Modem to modem or face to face, Karen was having an impact. Karen has unique abilities and connection to energy which I why I keep returning both personally and professionally.

I have known Karen for over a decade, in a personal and professional manner. One of my first interactions with Karen was in a personal sense. This was an intervention which actually changed my outlook and perception of my past trauma. Karen allowed me a safe space to be myself; I was enlightened by the session that took place. I felt that I was able to let go of year’s ill feeling towards those people whom had hurt me in my journey in life. I had a new outlook.
Considering I had been in therapy since the age 15 searching, I found something on that night. What I will say, that working with Karen really makes you go inside of self and places, that at times I did not want to look at. However uncomfortable, and at my own pace, this was a revelation.
I have dealt with my own personal addiction for many a year. I am now in recovery and have been since 2009. I began therapy when I was 15, searching for something, that I never found until I met Karen. There was a healing and sense of peace mind that I had been searching for, for years. I continue to work on myself with the knowing that everything and everyone has a purpose. Karen’s purpose is to guide to healing.

I know Karen has had a great impact on many different individuals, those battling with addictions; this could be drugs, eating disorders, self-harm and so much more. I saw this when I went and worked in Thailand. Karen was delivering her interventions via technology. I will relate one of my experiences.

There was a young female who had sessions with Karen, when she entered her room, she was full of anxiety and unknowing, after spending just an hour, 60 minutes of her life, she appeared somewhat grounded, this was measured by her interactions with other’s and also her yearning of wanting to share this experience with others.

Karen’s work of guiding healing and light has a place within the private and public. This should also be extended to the facilities that treat addiction, such as detox and rehabs. The challenge that Karen faces is as follows, and I say this after many years of working in this sector. The people that hold the budgets will not commission the idea which is outside of the scope of the natural world. This would need people to take risks, just as they do on commissioned services all around the country. There are risks that we take life both positive and negative, but I believe and for the greater good of the human race, there is a place for Karen and her work. The benefits of what this would be are undeniable. If only we could just step aside and remove the ego mind, which is driven by fear, fears of the unknown, something magical could take place.

All around the world there are hundreds of millions people soul searching, searching for something within themselves, that cannot be seen or heard only felt. Why would not give those people a chance of a better future and quality of life?

I met Karen as a water protector on the standing rock reservation in the U.S. I immediately felt gravitated towards her. We were camped in the same place and often worked or went on actions together. It was always nice to come to a warm fire, drink hot tea, and have beautiful conversation after a long day. Standing Rock was an intense event with a lot going on. I always felt I could seek guidance from Karen and trust her judgement. I soon felt as if we were family. One particular day by the sacred fire the feelings in the camp were getting heavy. I met Karen Leys in Standing Rock Sioux tribe reservation in North Dakota U.S.A. where we were both called by spirit to serve and assist in any way we were able.
